Terms and conditions for providing the service

Welcome to the Wellbeing Centre website. The following terms and conditions of sale govern your purchases and use of the services on our website. By using our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The Wellbeing Centre offers psychological therapy services that can be booked and purchased through our website.

2. Teenuste broneerimine ja ost

• Booking services: you can book services on our website. Select the service, date and time you want, and submit your booking.

• The checkout process: to place an order, you need to enter your personal details and select your payment method. Payments are processed by third parties, including Stripe and Montonio.

• Pricing: all prices are quoted in euros . Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price at the time of order confirmation will be the price stated at the time of order.

3. Maksmine

• Payment methods: On our website, payments can be made through Montonio and Stripe payment solutions. You choose the payment method when you place your order. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

• Confirmation of payment: you will receive a confirmation to your e-mail address after the payment has been made. If the payment fails, please contact us to find a solution.

4. Tellimuste tühistamine ja tagastamine

• Cancellation: you can cancel or modify a booked service in accordance with our cancellation policy. Cancellation or modification is possible up to 24 hours before the booked time. After this period, no cancellation will be allowed and no refund will be given.

• Refunds: if you cancel your booking in time, you will be refunded to the same payment method used to make the original transaction.

5. Privaatsus ja turvalisus

• Protection of your privacy: your privacy is important to us. We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your personal data is securely protected and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless it is necessary for the provision of services.

6. Vaidluste lahendamine

Any dispute arising out of the performance or interpretation of these terms of service shall be settled by negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, disputes will be settled in Tartu County Court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
