Hi, I’m Airi. I have been counselling young people, parents and adults for over a decade. I am trained in systemic family therapy and licensed hypnotherapy. I graduated from the University of Tartu with a master’s degree in psychology. In addition, I have furthered my training in NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) and metaphor maps. Hi, I’m Sigrid. I have worked with young people and adults in mental health clinics, rehabilitation teams and mental health organisations. I have completed several professional trainings on self-harm, suicide and personality disorders. I work with adults and young people with mood and anxiety disorders, for example. Believes in the importance of a person-centred approach in counselling both adolescents and adults.

I am a psychology graduate from Nottingham Trent University in England. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology at the Department of Natural and Health Sciences, Tallinn University.

Linda Ellen Toom

Hi, I’m Linda. I have previously worked as a psychologist in the school environment, counselling young people, parents and teachers. In the course of my work, I have had constant collaboration with other support professionals working in the school, as well as mental health nurses and child welfare specialists. In my work, I primarily use motivational interviewing techniques and I believe it is important to have a trusting relationship with both the counselee and his/her support network.

I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the Tallinn University of Natural and Health Sciences and I am currently studying for a master’s degree in psychology. I have completed various professional training courses on eating disorders, anxiety disorder and depression and I continue to further my education. You will also gain additional knowledge on healthy eating and exercise to promote healthy lifestyle mindsets.
